Informing the public

European structural support is public money and therefore the public has the right to know what has been done with it and who has benefited from it.

For one project it is often difficult to gain attention from the whole public, even if budgeting is foreseen for informational activities. Therefore, it is prudent to appoint the target groups to the project activities. Target groups can be divided into two: target group of the project, ie beneficiaries, and policy-makers.

Note that if you use European support you must also use the proper logo. The logo is used either on a poster, on a billboard or the logo is added to an object during production.

Put awareness activities to serve the interests of your project and benefit from it.
