Study in Estonia’s entry to the PIEoneer Awards was the Welcome Bag campaign for incoming international students. Last year, a record number of 3500 students received a welcome bag. In addition to useful information, the bags also included essential items for dealing with the characteristically cold and dark climate of Estonia. The goal of the bags is to welcome international students to Estonia and provide them with necessary tools for making the most of their experience, so they could make a deeper connection to Estonia and would want to stay here after graduation.

The PIEoneer Awards 2020 will be held in September. The event is traditionally held in London, but due to health and safety reasons will take place virtually in 2020. Learn more about the PIEoneer Awards categories and other finalists on the PIEoneer Awards website.
